The Burlington Announced as Double Finalist at 2025 Surrey Care Awards

This remarkable double nomination reflects The Burlington’s consistent dedication to excellence in both resident care and team culture. It also marks the fourth consecutive year the home has been shortlisted for Care Home of the Year, an honour it proudly won in 2022.

Over the past year, the home has achieved a 98% retention rate, reduced agency use to just 0.02%, and embedded values-led initiatives like Mental Health First Aiders, WOW Moment recognition cards, and career development pathways.
