With 8 years of experience as a registered nurse, all being within primary care, I look forward to my new role as ROM for Barchester. My clinical background gives me a unique perspective on operational decisions, ensuring patient care and staff support remain top priorities. Outside of work, I am an avid reader who enjoys diving into everything from leadership development to fiction.
