I am delighted to have joined the team here at Rothsay as Deputy Manager. I am a trained Registered Nurse and have been working in the UK since 2012 with nearly all of that time spent in geriatric care. I started off working in Surrey before moving to the Andover area 7 years ago. Like many, I came to this area of care through experiences within my own extended family and I am looking forward to bringing my experience and passion to the role here at Rothsay.
I've worked at Rothsay Grange for 12 years starting as an activities coordinator before being promoted to the administration role in January 2018. I really enjoy the variety that the part brings daily and meeting all potential relatives and residents.
Libin joined Rothsay Grange in February 2024 where he has brought a wealth of experience to his role as nurse unit manager for the second floor.
Naina joined Rothsay Grange in 2018 originally as a night nurse. Then Naina wanted more challenges within her nursing role and joined the day nurses as a nurse manager managing the ground floor.

In my career, I have developed catering for staff restaurants, conferences and events and love to be able to bring this experience and innovative menus to our residents including creating themed daily menus and cakes for every special occasion

I have worked in Barchester for 8 years. I have been involved in many departments in the home including being a senior carer before progressing to head housekeeper. In this role, its important to communicate with team members, residents and their families and friends. You must be organised to lead the team, good at problem solving and adaptable.
Most days at Rothsay Grange are completely different and I love interacting with the residents and their families. We all work closely together a team and are very supportive.
I am originally from Devon and moved around the UK with my husband who was in the military at the time. Family time is very important to me and I love spending time with my two children.
Hi, I'm Chris, and along with my Maintenance Assistant Callum, I am responsible for keeping all the facilities of the home running smoothly and taking care of the upkeep both inside and out. Before I joined the Rothsay team I was a volunteer at the home helping in the garden and outdoor areas. A plumber by trade, I am also an experienced builder and gardener and I am enjoying being responsible for one site and ensuring that everything looks its best for our residents.
Leah is one of our activities' co-ordinator. Leah and Irene work 7 days a week to ensure the residents enjoy a fulfilled and content life, they organise a varied activities programme including entertainments, events and trips out of the home.

I have worked at Rothsay Grange for 8 years and in this time progressed from care assistant to senior carer. I love my job, especially working within a great team and supporting all of our residents. My favourite part of the day is meal times. Mealtimes are a big part of the day, and it is so important for our residents to have a great dining experience and socialise with others. When I am not at work, I like to attend Church and spend time with friends for a bit of retail therapy!
I have worked at Rothsay Grange since 2017, currently as a senior carer. I love supporting all of our residents, especially those living with dementia. The fun, dancing and stories our residents tell us every day about their lives are incredible. To do this role well, you need to be caring and patient and be able to work in a team and communicate at all times. That I why I love working here, with our amazing team.
