CAUGHT ON CAMERA

Our housekeeping team plays a significant role in the lives of our residents, as they clean and tidy not only all communal areas of the home but also the residents' rooms. They build a good rapport with residents and discuss their interests, hobbies, or any other topic that comes to mind. Sheila, who is fast approaching her 106th birthday, loves chatting to staff about her worldwide travels. She is an inspiration to others, and our housekeeper, Susan, has built a lovely friendship that today was caught on camera.
