Alice Grange is a god send. Father was admitted to hospital in April and was too unwell to go back home. He initially moved to Alice Grange for respite care and after six weeks of being very well cared for decided he could not go home. The care shown by all the staff is above and beyond what I expected. Dad is genuinely fond of all the staff who not only care of him they also take the time to chat with him and get to know him. The staff are also excellent at looking after us as family too with good lines of communication. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alice Grange to anyone.

My sister and I have visited him every day for the last five years at home or in Alice Grange and are now able to go away together with our families for the first time in years because the lovely staff at Alice Grange are there to look after Dad. They have listened to every request and responded that nothing is a problem. It is so nice going to sleep at night knowing that Dad is looked after. It took him a little while to accept being in residential care but it is now his safe place. Can't speak highly enough of all the staff. Nicky.

The home is beautifully decorated and on the face of it seems really good. My father went for a 2 week respite to try and help him following a fall. I worked as a carer from 2010 and then qualified as an RGN in 2013. I have always worked in Dementia Care through a number of different settings including hospitals and other care homes.
I started working at Alice Grange in 2020 and I love it here. Barchester care homes have much better facilities and people than many other settings. The management and staff here work really well together and it means this is a brilliant home to work in.
