A Day at the Opera

Our annual opera event was held once again at the historic Knebworth House, with musical entertainment provided by the Connaught Opera. Residents from several of our care homes came along to enjoy an afternoon of familiar operatic songs, Broadway tunes and other well-loved classics.

Glenn Wilson, Maria Arakie, and pianist Nicholas Bosworth gave a warm and lively performance. Their singing, music, and colourful outfits kept everyone entertained, and many in the audience happily joined in with the songs.

We’re grateful to the performers for sharing their talents and also to the Lytton-Cobbold family for kindly welcoming us back into their beautiful home.

This gathering is always a favourite on our calendar and was enjoyed by all who attended.
