From the moment my sister and I arrived at Mayfair Lodge, in crisis because Dad had fallen and could no longer care for our wonderful mum, we all felt overwhelming care and support from this wonderful place. Mum is thriving, and we know she is well cared for. Mum and dad seem to feature often on their
social media page when he visits mum, and they show that true love lasts forever! Thank you all at Mayfair Lodge, as we navigate this next phase for mum and dad.

My mother has been here for a year now. I can only praise all the staff for their kindness and care for all their residents. I am always greeted with a friendly hello. The activities are all fun, and my mum is thriving here. I have only admiration for all the staff.

I know our friend Eddy is safe and well looked after; his room is always clean and tidy. All staff, from the office staff, carers, and cleaners, are always friendly and courteous. Always get a warm welcome with a cup of tea and an update on Eddy. Eddy is very happy here. If he is not well, they inform
us and explain his health. The variety of food and presentation is excellent. I wouldn't mind one of their Sunday Roasts. Thank you for the care of my friend.

My mother has been a resident at Mayfair Lodge for about 3 years. She has advanced dementia and can be quite difficult at times. The staff are so good with her despite her shouting etc and she is looked after very well. This gives me peace of mind as I know she is well cared for and safe. The staff
work hard, and although my mum refuses most of the time to participate in activities, there are lots of things for residents to do.

The staff at Pinewood Lodge are fantastic, they are kind, compassionate and very approachable on all levels. I did a review last year and featured the many positive things that made the experience of my husband being in Pinewood so good. They go from strength to strength!! It goes without saying that staff from Manager down are brilliant, so caring and supportive and my husband's behaviour is very difficult
at times. Residents have had many activities and musical entertainments to enjoy, themed events, Valentines, St Patrick's, Easter etc. The cherry on the cake was the Summer Garden Party!! Then came our second Christmas WOW!! Such a team effort from all to ensure residents and families had precious time, parties, Carols and Christmas Day again fantastic, personal gifts for all. Staff all dressed up, activities staff as Santa's elves and Manager wearing a lit Christmas Tree !!! It gave me and my husband a little slice of "Normal" at a difficult, sad and emotional time for me. Thank you all so much. You are all exceptional people. I don't know what we would do without you.

We always take my mother-in-law out on a Sunday. Staff are always friendly and personable. My mother-in-law is settled and very happy here. In fact, all the staff and residents seem very happy and there's always lot of activities.

We have been so pleased with Mayfair Lodge since my mother entered in 2023. The staff are fantastic and my mum is so happy here. My mother-in-law came into the home in November 2024 and we are equally happy with how she is being looked after. We think Mayfair Lodge is a special place.

The car park and garden areas are really clean and well looked after. As soon as you enter the care home, it oozes friendliness, warmth and a lovely welcome. Rooms are clean, tidy and smell fresh. All staff, from every department, are so helpful, friendly and smiley. All residents appear nicely dressed
and clean, plus happy with the many activities offered. The food always smells wonderful, too.

I viewed a few different homes prior to selecting Greenacres. All of the other homes were too clinical and lacked that "homely feeling".
The staff are fantastic. They're all friendly and make not only my mum feel welcome but the entire family.
The food always looks lovely (I haven't tried it) but
there's no complaints from Mum.
Sadly my mum isn't particularly social, however there are always great activities / enrichment going on and regularly have visits from animals!

Mum's key worker treats her with care and respect. The hygiene in the bedroom and bathroom is excellent and mum is lavished with attention at the appropriate times.

I would like to thank Willow Court for the wonderful birthday tea party this afternoon for my mother. When I arrived I found her bedroom beautifully decorated with a birthday banner and ballon's in her bedroom I was greeted by my mother who had a smile on her face and she was enjoying all the special
birthday treats. We had invited ladies from our village who enjoyed an afternoon tea in the candy room which was decorated with more ballon's and birthday banners. After a tea of sandwiches and cakes Mum was presented with a beautiful decorated birthday cake. I left my Mum sitting in her bedroom with a happy smile on her face. A special thank you to all those who made my mums 94th birthday such a happy day

The staff are excellent. They are patient, caring and efficient. Patients are treated with dignity and are always put first. The premises are always clean and appropriately heated. The gardens are accessible and beautifully tended.

Mum was at Elm View for two years. From the moment she came through the door, she was given the greatest of care, love and dignity by all of the wonderful staff. Her clothes and room were always spotless, and she was extremely well fed with a lovely and varied menu. When mum's end came, the staff were
wonderful, giving mum all of the care, love and dignity she or her family could have wished for. As a family, we were also supported with a great deal of love. We can't thank you enough.

Every member of staff was kind, considerate, caring, friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble for the resident or family members no matter how busy the staff were and the atmosphere was always happy and cheerful so it was a pleasure to visit. The standard of care received right to the end

I think highly of the care given at Beane River View. The home is always clean and the food is excellent. They always make a cake for my wife on her birthday which is always delicious.
I like the fact that at particular times of the year e.g. Christmas, the home is always brightly decorated to reflect
the occasion.
The Manager is particularly good and runs a good team.

Everyone at Mountbatten Lodge has been extremely helpful and very nice. Mum has come on in leaps and bounds. Since she has been with them, it's so nice to see her laughing and smiling again. It had been a long time since we had seen that side of her. Big thank you to everybody involved.
