My nan originally went to stay at Mountbatten Lodge for a temporary stay that soon turned into a permanent stay. Every member of staff is happy and friendly and helpful. My nan and I have honestly feel like we have made new friends.
I am updated regularly on my nans welfare and everyone geneuinely
cares about my nans wellbeing. She has been made to feel very comfortable and looked after and I am happy with the care that she is receiving.

Ann has been a resident at Fosse House for quite some time, and during that time, the care has been exceptional, and all the staff have treated Ann with kindness and consideration, and all her needs were dealt with the utmost professionalism. Emy has been a great help and has been keeping up to date

On visiting my uncle, I felt such relief to see the care and cleanliness around him. I could see straight away that he is at ease there and feels looked after. The staff are so friendly and extremely attentive to my uncles needs. His room is lovely with his own en-suite giving him his dignity and comfort.

My father has been a resident at Jubilee Court for almost a year. I am very happy with the care he receives. He is well cared for and all of his needs are met. He really loves the food, there is always an option that he likes. There are lots of activity options available to all the residents which is

I feel totally happy with where my mum lives now. I know she is very well cared for, has activities most days and every member of staff I speak to are wonderful. Fosse House is a very welcoming family home for the residents who live here, and they make visiting family members very welcome. My mother is very well cared for by the friendly, happy care staff. The cafe is a great social meeting hub for families and residents. Activities within the home are varied
and give residents opportunities to join in with other residents and have a fun time together.

My father has lived at Mountbatten Lodge for nearly a year now. Beth and her team have done their upmost to make this a second home for him and he has settled in well. Teething problems were dealt with professionally and very quickly. Dad, my sister and I are very grateful and very happy our father
is being looked after. MB good work has eased the lives of 3 people and given all 3 of us our lives back....Thank you Beth and team you have made a massive difference to my dads mental health and general well being. We are grateful.

Was able to get my dad into Anson very quickly. The staff were really lovely, caring and made us feel he was very safe.
He spent 3 weeks getting better. The food is 10/10, he's regained weight and looks so well. Nothing is too much trouble, and staff very quick to deal with any health concerns.

My 96 year old relative fell ill over Christmas 2025 and was admitted to hospital early January 2026. She was discharged on 14th January and needed respite care. I found Elm View care home on the same day. I was welcomed into their reception lounge, given refreshment, which made me feel calm and relaxed,
introduced to their customer relation manager, explained the background, had a show round of the premises and was very impressed and felt certain this was ideal care home for my relative. A room was available, was admitted for 2 week respite. She fitted in very well, was comfortable and secure. Six week trail was booked in, and she asked to stay permanently. Very happy/successful.

When you have to select a care home for a parent, the discussion is huge. As a family, we dreaded it, however, after a mini tour of local care home Elm View instantly felt right.
It was quickly evident that all the team know each resident as an individual and care is tailored to fit the person, ensuring
they maintain their identity and dignity.
Whilst we never wanted to be in this position, it is easier knowing we are part of a community that included Dad, other residents and families of Elm View.

We are really pleased with Elm View. Dad has settled in well, and also his companion dog, Toffee. It was such a relief to find a lovely home for both of them. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the care home with all of the staff appearing to be happy in their work. The office staff, in particular, were very helpful and caring. My father was extremely happy there, and his mental state improved enormously. So much so that he was able to return to his house.
