Anson Court's Adult Day Care Service provides care during the day for individuals who live within the local community. This care takes place within the care home’s day care centre.
The day care centre offers up to a full day’s care for as many days of the week as needed (depending on opening hours), in a comfortable, friendly and stimulating environment staffed by compassionate carers. The staff ensure that there are activities on offer and a warm and inviting place to sit when it’s time to relax and chat with others. There’s always a friendly conversation to be had, an activity to take part in and a refreshment on the way.
Day care guests are provided with a full two course meal and are offered refreshments throughout the day, so you can rest assured that good nutrition is fully covered. The centre can also cater for most kinds of diet, and can provide meals specifically designed to work for you.

Very well run modern care home in good location with excellent care and spacious rooms. Plenty of engaging activities for residents and a very friendly and helpful team of staff. Very good management too and queries and any difficulties or problems are swiftly dealt with.

I'm delighted with the care and attention shown by all staff at Anson Court. This is the best choice we could have made for my father who is in his 90s has dementia. Choosing care is a complicated matter and subject to very individual needs. Staff are interested in the individual likes and dislikes but equally interested in the life my father has lived and what makes him happy today. This has made it easier to transition from independent living into living in care

Found it difficult to find Day Care for my husband who suffers from dementia. Delighted to find Anson Court, which has been very successful. The staff are extremely friendly and caring, food excellent and environment very pleasant.

My wife first started at the day care centre approx 6 weeks ago and has quickly come to thoroughly enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, because of her condition, she remembers very little from one day to the next, but as soon as she recognises the building she is eager to be there. A combination of enjoyable activities, pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff and interaction with fellow users helps her enjoy her time at the centre.

My mum has attended Anson Court Day Care for a few years, and I can honestly say it's like leaving her with family. The care and attention she is given is next to none, and I have never had any qualms about leaving her. As soon as we walk in in the mornings, we are greeted with big smiles and enthusiasm. I feel that they also care about me and are interested in my well-being also. I also love that the staff is so consistent and we know the carers so well.

I have nothing but praise for the whole set-up. The staff are exceptional and treat my wife as one of the family. She invariably leaves a lot happier than when she arrived. Finding Anson Court day centre was the best thing that has happened to us during this sad journey.
