My mum is a resident on Rose Garden at Garden City Court and we are very happy with the care she receives. The staff are kind and caring which gives us great peace of mind. She enjoys taking part in many activities like boxy, knitting and natter, smoothie making and visits from regular singers and entertainer. The food is always plentiful and there is a good variety to choose from. The home has a warm and friendly atmosphere and it is clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents wellbeing and happiness. Was shown to her room, which was very personal to her, with photos on the wall of family and personal bits and bobs. The place itself is spotless, safe and secure. Mum came to Garden City Court for a two week respite following recommendation by people, myself and my brother know they were'nt wrong. It's a very well run and caring establishment with such friendly staff who make you instantly welcome. Mum said that the care is exemplary and the carers are lovely. She also enjoyed the many engaging activities. The staff are certainly a credit to this residential home. It's like the people and their attitude who can make a stay a positive one not just the surroundings, which are beautifully clean, homely and most importantly, safe.
