Garden City Court is a modern, purpose-built care home situated in a quiet residential area. The home features the latest design and equipment to enable people to live as independently as possible, with support from staff where needed.

The home offers a variety of care services for residents including residential and specialist dementia care, as well as a range of short or long-term care options.

Garden City Court consists of five households which benefit from spacious, en-suite bedrooms, open-plan living, as well as an inviting dining area, lounge and multiple relaxation spaces. All bedrooms are fully furnished and feature flat screen televisions, wi-fi connectivity and telephone connection points.

The home's beautifully landscaped garden benefits from a spacious central courtyard with raised flower beds, enabling residents to enjoy a spot of gardening or to simply relax and take in the surroundings.

Residents can also benefit from the Quantum Care Plaza, which features a hair and beauty salon, a shop, and a cinema room. There's also a café, which is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family over tea, coffee and snacks.

An activities co-ordinator within the home plans a range of activities for residents so there is always something interesting to take part in.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
My experience is as a visitor to my wife daily for about four years and as a resident for the last year. Staff are human with human failings, but with remarkable patience and kindness. The home is in general well run and conditions are comfortable. The building is new and any minor problems have, so
far, been dealt with promptly.


On the assumption that management at all levels continue on the same course, I look forward the spending the rest of my life here. PS. I have not ticked 'excellent'in the questionnaire below, because I believe there is always room for improvement.
