Its taken a lot of weight off our shoulders to know that she is happy and is absolutely a different person!
The food is good and there are activities for all every week! My Mum gets what she wants to eat and can relax in her room with the radio and TV. There are other residents that she can talk too and the "singalongs" are superb! The residence is well-planned with rooms to cater for social gatherings and an outside space that is welcoming and spacious!
So a big "thank you" to all at Beane River View care home
from Gary and Katie
Thank your for your lovely review of Beane River View. We're so pleased that your mum has settled in well and is enjoying life in the home! Yes, the singalongs are popular with residents and staff alike. You're review will mean a great deal to the team in the home.
She has improved no end and quickly. Staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to make sure residents and staff are all very happy.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are so pleased to hear how well your mother has settled into the home and that you have been impressed with both our team and facilities. It is wonderful to know that she has made such positive progress since moving in. Thank you again for your lovely feedback.
Our mother moved in recently after spending 3 months in a nursing home. Since arriving at Beane River she is much happier. The staff are amazing. She has put on weight, is moving around & is joining in and enjoying activities. She has begun to make some friends with other residents. All of this progress would not be possible without the dedicated care provided by the lovely staff

From my first meeting with the Care Home manager when I was looking for a suitable place to care for my elderly Uncle, I felt completely understood, reassured and full of hope, that he would have the safest, cared for environment that he could possibly have for the rest of his life. I'm grateful every day that he is being so well looked after and understood..
Thank you so much for your lovely review of Beane River View. We're delighted that you felt understood and reassured from your very first meeting, and it means the world to us that you feel confident your Uncle is safe, cared for and truly understood. Your kind words will be shared with the whole team.
Every member of staff was kind, considerate, caring, friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble for the resident or family members no matter how busy the staff were and the atmosphere was always happy and cheerful so it was a pleasure to visit. The standard of care received right to the end was excellent and greatly appreciated.

I like the fact that at particular times of the year e.g. Christmas, the home is always brightly decorated to reflect the occasion.
The Manager is particularly good and runs a good team.

Although not the most luxurious of homes the important thing to us is that the staff are caring and professional, and our whole family are appreciative of the excellent care she receives.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so pleased to hear that your mum has been happy with us at Beane River View over the years. While surroundings are important, we truly believe that compassionate, professional care is what matters most - so it means a great deal to know...
After a accident away from the home and long Hospital stay , Beane river have helped us get her the care she needed to return to Beane river with extra support to allow our mum to recover as well as possible and she knows everyone looking after her cares about her welfare .
Food is good always something mum likes.
Mum does not have a en suite shower only toilet and sink but she likes her room where it is so just a star dropped for that to be fair .
Overall we are very happy ,
This is the second Quantum care home family have been in and I would recommend them .
Remember care is a two way street and if you work to find the right home and are part of your loved one's life within a care home your family member settles and is happy .
Thank you so much for your kind review. We're delighted to hear how happy your mum has been at Beane River View and that she feels genuinely cared for and supported by our team. Your words about the dedication of our care team mean a great deal to the staff in the home.
Following on from my previous review I still have nothing but praise for this amazing care home. Beane River is so homely, relaxed and welcoming. It's like home from home. My dad is happy in the moment (anyone that knows dementia will understand this phrase) always so well cared for, respected, treated with dignity, allowed an opinion and listened to. He has fantastic personal care, always looks smart, thanks to the carers time and patience and your lovely hairdresser too. Everyone is an individual and the residents likes, dislikes, needs etc are all catered for. All members of staff are personable, approachable, helpful and supportive not only of my dad but they're also there for family members too. I trust the carers 100% to look after my dad, they are all so genuinely caring and go above and beyond. When my dad is poorly they couldn't do any more for him, I'm so grateful of the care he receives. The food is great, lots of choice, there's outings & activities too.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear how happy and well cared for your dad is, and that Beane River feels like a home from home for him and for you. Your lovely words about our carers, the dignity and respect shown, and the support offered to families mean a great deal...
my wife has now been a resident at Beane River View for the last 18 Months, I find the home clean, the staff very friendly, and I feel confident that Jean my wife is being well looked after and is safe.
Thank you for your kind review. We're so pleased that you're happy with the care that you're wife is receiving at the home.
My father has been in Beane River view for 2 years and before he went in, I was obviously very worried and concerned for his welfare. However, all my concerns disappeared after getting to know the staff and the management there and seeing how much love, care and respect they show my father. I can now finally sleep at night because I know he is being so well looked after. I can honestly say I cannot fault this care home and all their amazing staff. A massive thank you to everyone there who is doing such an amazing job
Thank you for your lovely review and for your kind words about the staff and care at Beane River View.
mum has been in the home for 5 years and has been very happy and settled. In the past couple of months her health has deteriorated and the staff have been even more amazing with her They have gone above and beyond to take care of her and make sure she is comfortable and cared for. Cant thank them enough. They have made a very emotional time easier for our whole family.
Thank you for your kind words, we're so pleased that you're happy with the care your mother is receiving at the home.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your kind review. We're so pleased that you're happy with the care your mother is receiving at the home and that the food and activities are having a positive impact. Your review is important to the staff in the home so thanks again for taking the time to leave one.
I am so pleased with the care my dad receives and for the help Dariusz (the manager) gave me to complete the attendance allowance form for dad.
Thank you for your review and for letting us know how pleased you are with your dad's care. Reviews like this mean a lot to the staff in the home.
My husband has enjoyed his stay at Beane River View on each occasion. The staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. Only issue has been around sorting a district nurse to visit but we think we may have cracked this going forward. Hope to have him back in later this year for his/my break.
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience with us! It's incredibly rewarding to know that our efforts to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents are being recognised.
Extremely caring.
Lots of activities and events during December for Christmas. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Thank you for your comment. The team at Beane River View will be delighted to hear your feedback. Wishing you a lovely day!
The manager's friendly welcome instantly put us at ease. His gentle interaction with residents during our first visit was an indication of his 'get involved' style.
He knew their names and more importantly, he was a familiar face. Their response was such that they seemed happy, in a 'safe pair of hands'.
His approach reveals his background is actively in elderly care and is a 'lead by example' manager. (Big plus for us.)
Staff were genuinely friendly. Not just 'for show'. They interacted with residents (and each other!) like they wanted to be working there. (Another tick!)
Dementia is a journey. It's comforting knowing a care team understands this and is patient and willing to navigate a family through this process.
Staff are approachable, listen to and act on questions and actively encourage family involvement.
This is Mum's 'new home'. Trusting her 'extended family' to keep her safe, well and happy is what any family wants for their parent.
Thank you for your comment. The team at Beane River View will be delighted to hear your feedback.
There were times when she may have been left without attention for longer than might be ideal and the carers seemed distracted or even engrossed in their phones rather than focussing on the moment, but overall we feel that they do a good job with our mother's limited communication and involvement with activities. She certainly responds to them with smiles and seems happy.
Thank you for your review. Feedback is always really important for us as it helps us to let our teams know where they are doing really well, as well as identifying any areas where we can improve the service we offer to our residents and families. We will share your very positive comments about your...
They are very accommodating for Dad, as he isn’t the easiest person, always trying to encourage him to do things, they do a great job. Trying to encourage him to eat the right stuff, has a bit of an issue with food, there’s a lot Dad doesn’t like.
Thank you for your comment. The team at Beane River View are delighted to have your dad stay with us. Wishing you a lovely day!
I am happy with the overall care that my father receives. The cleanliness is good and the room is well-designed. The staffing levels also seem to be good. The only comment I would make is there doesn't seem to be too much activity organised when I visit. Although I have been to a couple of events that are fun and well-organised. The only other comment I would make is that there seems to be a lot of food waste and I don't understand why so much food is prepared.
Thank you for your comment. The team at Beane River View are delighted to have your father stay with us. Wishing you a great day!

The Home Manager runs all aspects of the home and ensures that the home provides a high standard of care. While each Manager brings their own flair to the role, they all have some qualities in common, especially their leadership and organisational skills. The role is very varied, involving plenty of resident interaction alongside the more administrative work to keep the home running smoothly. Our Managers typically hold, or are working towards, a relevant qualification and have proven experience in caring for older people.

The Deputy Manager shares responsibility with the Home Manager for running the home. Deputy Managers will each bring their own skill set to the home, some offering more assistance with the business side of things, while others focus largely on care. However, whether they look at it from a business or care perspective, the focus of the Deputy is always to ensure that their home is offering the very best quality of life for our residents. Experienced and either holding or working towards their qualifications, Deputy Managers are driven to provide the best of everything for their residents.

I listen to the residents to find out their preferences to make sure they don’t miss out on their favourites.

I find my job incredibly rewarding and love interacting with the residents.
