Strictly Fun at Crandon Springs!

The spirit of Strictly Come Dancing inspired residents, families and staff at Crandon Springs Care Home in Wells as they enjoyed an "A-ma-zing" dementia-friendly party filled with music, dancing and laughter.

The afternoon featured live entertainment from Jan MacNeil, who soon had everyone singing and dancing, and a fun game of pass the parcel. The event was designed to promote wellbeing and connection, creating an uplifting atmosphere where everyone could sparkle, sequins or not!

Home Manager Meg Cleal said, “It was heart-warming to see residents, families, visitors and staff dancing and singing together. Events like this really show the joy and community spirit we have here at Crandon Springs. As we head into autumn, our message is simple: Keep dancing! It’s fun, great exercise, and guaranteed to lift the spirits.”
