Room 18

Available for £1,375 per week from December 2025, this cosy, budget-friendly room provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for feeling right at home. Located on the first floor and easily accessible by lift, it sits in a peaceful wing of the house for added comfort and quiet.

The room features dual-aspect windows, an en-suite bathroom, and convenient built-in storage, including a fitted wardrobe. It comes fully furnished with a profiling bed, chest of drawers, bedside unit, and TV.

We warmly encourage residents to bring along personal touches and treasured belongings to make the space uniquely theirs.

Room 8

Available for £1,435 per week this beautiful, large ground floor room comes with dual aspect garden views and its own patio area. There is also a built in, fully furnished wet room with walk-in shower, while the living area includes a profiling bed, chest of drawers, bedside unit, and TV.

Located close to the large communal lounge area it offers the choice of socialisation and the opportunity to take part in the wide range of fun and engaging activities which regularly take place at Sussex Grange.

Please note that clients requiring a higher level of care, such as those needing two carers for personal assistance or one-on-one assistance for extended periods (e.g., eating and drinking), will incur an additional fee of £50 to £100 per week, depending on their specific needs.

Given the high number of recent enquiries, we expect these rooms to be occupied quickly. Room availability at Sussex Grange is rare, and we encourage you to act swiftly if you are interested.
