Employee of the month

Residents and staff at South Chowdene would like to congratulate, Rodney Francis – Care Assistant who has been announced as this months ‘Employee of the month’ for going above and beyond in his role, working hard day in and day out and supporting colleagues across the home in all departments.

Rodney was nominated by residents and colleagues who felt he really deserved extra recognition for the amazing work he does every day.
