The whole team at South Chowdene, both day and night staff have provided an exceptional level of care for Greta. They have also supported our family in a most professional and caring way. We would like to praise and give great credit to Anca who in a relatively short period of time, has put her ethos and vision into place and improved all aspects of the care home substantially. The staff work together much better as a team. Anca is very well supported by Iuliana and Jilt who are key members of staff.
