World Kindness Week

In celebration of World Kindness Week, our care home has come together to support a cause close to our hearts: helping our local food bank. Over the past week, residents, families, and staff have been donating a wonderful variety of non-perishable foods, household items, and small treats to share with those in need.

This initiative has sparked meaningful conversations within our home about generosity, community spirit, and the power of small acts of kindness. Many of our residents have shared memories of helping others throughout their lives, and they’ve been delighted to take part in something that continues that tradition.

As the collection grows, so does our sense of pride and connection. World Kindness Week reminds us that compassion doesn’t need to be grand—just genuine. We’re grateful to everyone who has contributed and helped make a positive difference in our community.
