Carer celebrates 20-yers of long service

Rose Lodge was full celebrations for one of their staff who celebrated 20 years of service.  Jane McFetridge started at Rose Lodge in November 2005 and supports a variety of residents, including those needing end-life care and living with dementia. Jane has become a well-respected team member and often supports new staff integrating into their role.

General Manager Meg Jones said: “Jane is a well-respected and liked member of our team by both residents, visitors and colleagues, and it was so special to be able to celebrate her today and the loyalty and dedication she has shown to our residents and the home over the 20 years she has been with us, thank you, Jane”

Jane said, “Thank you so much to everyone, I really wasn’t expecting this today, so many things have changed in the time I have been here. I am lucky to have such great colleagues to work with and wonderful people to look after, and I can’t imagine being anywhere else”
