Runwood Homes Named Finalist in Lifetime’s Apprenticeship Awards

Runwood Homes is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in Lifetime’s Apprenticeship Awards under the Collaborative Purpose (Partnership of the Year) category. This recognition highlights the strong and effective partnership we have built with Lifetime Training and the positive impact this collaboration has had on our apprenticeship programmes.

Over the past year, our joint commitment to delivering high-quality learning and development has led to outstanding results. We have doubled the number of staff achieving apprenticeship awards, more than halved non-completion rates, and achieved the highest programme retention levels we have seen in recent years.

Our apprenticeship pathway now supports a diverse and growing range of roles across the organisation, including Managers, Deputy Managers, Carers, Chefs, Trainers, Administrators, and our Hospitality team, all of whom are currently undertaking apprenticeships to enhance their skills and progress in their careers.

This award is an incredible recognition of learning and development at Runwood Homes, and we look forward to continuing and growing this success.
