Peniel Green Announces Festive Line-Up of Christmas Celebrations

Peniel Green Care Home in Llansamlet, Swansea, part of HC-One Wales, is delighted to announce a joyful programme of Christmas events taking place throughout December, bringing together residents, families, colleagues, local schools, and community groups.

The home has planned a wide range of festive activities designed to spark excitement, celebrate community spirit, and create special moments for everyone living and working at Peniel Green.

The celebrations begin on 3rd December with a fun-filled Elf Day, with colleagues and residents dressing up and embracing the Christmas spirit.

Local school choirs will be spreading cheer with performances on:

8th December at 1:30pm 15th December at 10:30am 16th December at 1:45pm

On 10th December, the home will host the Grand Opening of its Christmas Grotto at 5:30pm, beautifully decorated by a local youth club called Stadwin. Residents and colleagues are excited to welcome the young volunteers back to unveil their hard work.

Residents and staff will don their best festive knitwear for Christmas Jumper Day on 11th December, before the home opens its doors to families and the public for its very first Christmas Fayre on 13th December from 2pm – 5pm, featuring stalls, treats, and seasonal surprises.

The celebrations continue with a special performance from the Ospreys Choir on 17th December at 6pm, followed by the residents’ Christmas Party with Robbie Lee on 21st December, promising music, dancing, and entertainment throughout the day.

The month rounds off with a festive residents’ meal out with staff on 23rd December, offering a chance to celebrate together in the local community.
