Park View Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, welcomed Crafty Bear on Wednesday, 3rd December, for a joyful and creative Christmas-themed ceramics decorating session. Residents spent the afternoon painting a range of festive ceramic designs, filling the home with excitement, colour, and seasonal cheer.
Reflecting on the event, the Lifestyle Coordinator shared that residents expressed, “What fun and laughter we had!” The session offered an opportunity not only for creativity but also for connection, conversation, and plenty of festive smiles.
Residents from Park View teamed up with the Crafty Bear Company, with whom the home collaborates throughout the year, to bring this activity to life. The event highlighted the importance of community partnerships and provided residents with a chance to create their own Christmas decorations, something they look forward to each festive season.
The atmosphere was lively and filled with talk of Christmas, with the standout moment being the simple joy of watching residents fully engaged and enjoying themselves.
Park View Care Home extends its thanks to Crafty Bear for another wonderful session and looks forward to many more creative collaborations in the future.
