Rosedale Court Spreads Festive Cheer at Annual Christmas Fayre

Rosedale Court Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, was filled with festive spirit on 6 December as residents, families, staff, and the local community came together to enjoy the home’s much-loved annual Christmas Fayre. The event brought heart-warming moments, community connection, and festive fun for all ages.

The celebration featured a variety of stalls, mulled wine, mince pies, a Christmas raffle, and the ever-popular Name the Highland Cow competition. The highlight for many was a magical performance by the Natural Voices Choir, who returned for the second year running, filling the home with beautiful carols as they sang from room to room.

Adding to the excitement, Father Christmas made a special appearance, much to the delight of residents and visitors.

The Christmas Fayre is an important tradition at Rosedale Court, providing an opportunity for residents, families, staff, and the wider community to come together, celebrate, and create meaningful memories. This year’s event also raised over £500 for the Residents’ Lifestyle Amenities Fund.

“The atmosphere was fabulous,” said Louise, Lifestyle Lead at Rosedale Court. “There were so many smiles, laughter, and songs. It was an amazing Christmas celebration.”
