Meet the Team Monday

This week we are shining the spotlight on Roger, Senior Head of Maintenance, here at Westergate House, who joined us in January 2021. With extensive knowledge, and decades of hands-on experience, Roger not only oversees our home, but supports seven other homes in the region. No two days are ever the same - especially when maintaining a building that dates all the way back to 1820! Roger has also proudly taken on the role of ‘Director of Christmas’, and is proudly seen here with his latest creation, our beautiful reception Christmas tree ???? An interesting fact about Roger - before joining us, Roger served 24 years in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces, with the British Army, rising to the impressive rank of Warrant Officer Class II in the Royal Logistics Corps. An incredible achievement and one we’re honoured to celebrate! Thank you Roger, for everything you do, your skills, passion and festive spirit make our home a brighter place everyday
