Festive food baking

Our recent food based and baking activities have seen some wonderful examples of creativity.

Last week, with the help of visitors and students from South Brook academy, residents have baked and designed our entry for this year's Barchester Healthcare Christmas cake competition.

Our residents wanted to make a Christmas tree design and so that is exactly what we did.

Then, today, we have been putting together our Festive Gingerbread house.

Residents have designed the various panels and with a bit of hope, it will hold it's shape, at least until we eat it ??
