CHRISTMAS BISCUIT MAKING

Our memory lane residents enjoyed a morning of making some Christmas biscuits to have with their afternoon cup of tea. For people living with dementia, activities like this are very enjoyable as they connect us to happy memories, engage our senses (the feel of the dough, the smell of vanilla), and give us a wonderful chance to interact with one another and preserve cognitive and motor skills.
