Parkinson's Awareness Event

We were delighted to host our Parkinson's Awareness Event and welcome local community members to our home. Frances, a visiting physiotherapist from Fairhand Visiting Physiotherapists delivered an insightful talk about Parkinson’s, followed by a gentle exercise session that had everyone moving, learning, and connecting. It was a great reminder of how staying active and informed can make a real difference.
