Desmond is one of our newest carers and in the short time he has been with us he has displayed a passion for his role not only in care but he leads in activities, organising musical events for our residents including kareoke. He is very compassionate with the residents and always makes time to sit with the residents and have a chat and to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying their day.
He truly deserves this award and congratulations on being our employee of the month.
