Runner-up for 2017 was Phil Hildrew, Head Chef at Bryn Eithin Residential Care in Colwyn Bay.

Launched by the celebrated charity, Vegetarian for Life (VfL), the Annual Award highlights the importance of catering well for older vegetarians.
