Due to some of our normal care team self-isolating, shiielding and experiecing symptoms we have not had a consistent team. Bethanie has constantly offered to do extra shifts, stay late and take responsibility for ensuring that things are done which would normally be achieved by more than one Team Leader. She has remained positive and supported the team, encouraging and motivating others.
Bethanie is a mother of a two year old and risks taking Covid 19 home but has chosen to put our residents at Cepen Lodge at the heart of everything she does.
