Join us on Thursday 19th December from 2pm to 3pm for refreshments and good company at our free Dementia Support Café.

We know that supporting a loved one with dementia can be difficult, so we've organised this group to support family and friends who are caring for someone living with dementia. Our specialist dementia champion will also be there to answer any questions and offer advice.
