I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support that my friend has received at Greengables Care Home up until April 2023. Every time I did visit my friend she looked happy. Thank you again for looking after my dear friend.

My father was at GreenGables Retirement Home for six years. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support he received during his time there. The dedicated staff consistently demonstrated unwavering compassion and professionalism towards the care of my father. Throughout my father's stay, the staff consistently demonstrated a commitment to personalised care. They took the time to understand his unique needs and preferences, providing a level of attention that made all the difference. The open lines of communication ensured that our family was always informed and involved in decisions regarding his care. In January of this year, my father faced some health challenges, and the medical care he received was exemplary. The nursing staff was not only skilled but also displayed genuine concern for his well-being. Their quick response and effective communication were crucial during that time, and we felt reassured knowing he was in capable hands.

My father used to be at Greengables for a number of years before he passed on. The staff were very compassionate and went over and beyond to care for my father. I want to thank you for all that you did for my father during his time at Greengables.

Mum has been in Greengables since December 2019/January 2020. I found this very difficult during the lockdown and the visiting restrictions. The home is now very welcoming and with the activity leader, I can see a great improvement in Mum's wellbeing.

From my first enquiry to taking my dad home, the whole experience was easy. My dad was well cared for and came out having had a really good time. Well-fed and watered plus all his clothes were clean. Many thanks for your care, we will be back for any future respite breaks.

Very pleased under the present covid situation. I was lucky enough to see my friend on Christmas Day which was wonderful, later that week I was able to see her room which was very small, very dated and for the money, I felt was by no means value for money. Staff very helpful and polite. Good to see them with my friend. The lady that does the activities is excellent.

Mum has a good standard of care by all members at Greengables Care Home. Having stayed clear of all Covid they are endeavouring to keep it that way. Staff are always very pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend Greengables Care Home.

From the first time we visited the home, we knew this was the warm, friendly place where we would feel Mum would be safe and happy. The staff are all lovely. They are a tight-knit team that ensure the residents are happy and go out of their way to help families feel welcome and supported. Throughout this terrible time of the covid virus, we have been kept informed of all government changes.

We have been very impressed with all aspects of care at Greenhables. Staff are friendly, sensitive, efficient and kind in helping Mum to settle in. Their professionalism has never been more evident than over the past few months in dealing with the difficulties covid19 has presented, but they have worked hard to minimise the impact of restrictions on relatives, friends and residents alike. The home is clean, lovely and always has a clam and friendly buzz.

The staff have looked after my mum so well since her arrival in February, the home is small, intimate and just like home. They are so accommodating to family and visits are no trouble at all. I would fully recommend this care provider to friends and family. During mums time at the home, the manager has organised video calls too, which has been greatly appreciated. Mum has Parkinson's so they have handled her really well understanding the illness. Thank you to you all.

On the 14th of February, it was our 50th Wedding Aniversary. We had a lovely celebration combined with the residents and valentines day. Afternoon tea was delicious. All family and friends were invited. My family has an amazing time, so very homely and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely all through the home. Thank you, Greengables.

The staff at Greengables genuinely care about the people they care for. They work incredibly hard and treat the residents with kindness and compassion. I can and do recommend them to anyone with a vulnerable relative.

Greengables standards are incredible the staff are fantastic so friendly and caring. The food is home cooking. If you use the call system they are there in an instant. Nothing is too much trouble. I've seen lots of care homes in my time but nothing can beat the standards set here. The management deserves full credit for the high standards set. This is the "Hilton! Of care homes!

The manager and staff have been extremely helpful throughout my husbands settling in process. They have arranged his room as he has suggested, making him feel more at home, comfortable and safe. Because of his Parkinsons, his speech can be difficult to understand, but they do make every effort. The Menu's look varied and appetizing with a choice every day and occasional special treats. Visitors are always included.

My mother spent 12 months of Greengables and only moved out because her dementia progressed and she needed specialist care. She received excellent care and attention and was happy there. She would not have moved had it not been necessary. Staff were kind and treated her with respect, I cannot thank them enough. Unfortunately, the Activities Officer retired and I believe they are in the process of recruiting a new one.

I found Greengables to be a very welcoming, friendly, caring and peaceful environment. The overall atmosphere was of efficiency and care, where the resident's wellbeing was second to none. All staff I came into contact with were informative and compassionate putting myself and more importantly, my father at ease and with dignity.
