Clean. All staff pleasant & polite. Safe & secure, caring, lovely food.

We couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding care my partner's father is receiving at Flower Park Care Home. From day one, the staff have been incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional, always treating him with dignity and genuine warmth.
The level of care and attention provided is
exceptional. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and communication with the family is clear and reassuring, which gives us great peace of mind. It's obvious that the staff truly care about the residents and take pride in the service they provide.
The environment itself is friendly, welcoming, and well maintained, creating a homely atmosphere rather than a clinical one. There is always a positive feel when you walk in, and residents are made to feel comfortable, safe, and valued.
We are extremely thankful to the whole team at Flower Park Care Home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, supportive, and professional care home for their loved one.

I visited my relative and was very impressed with the home. The staff that I met were kind and helpful, very pleasant and well groomed. I have managed two nursing homes, one 60-bed and one 88-bed, in the past and know how difficult it is to maintain a clean home. I detected no unpleasant odours, not
even a hint of urine. Though it was obvious the home was not new, it appeared clean and a pleasant environment for the residents. I was impressed.

My mum was looked after very well while she was here and a lot of respect was shown to her as well. My mum enjoyed her final years at Flower Park.

There is always a warm welcome when you go to visit. Plenty of hugs and kisses were given when needed. There is plenty of entertainment provided. Lots of activities to keep residents occupied.

Bit apprehensive about my husband going into a home but he wasn't safe to stay at home falling down stairs. I know he is safe here, staff are brilliant and take good care of him. Don't have to worry about him any more. He is safe comfortable and looked after.

Visited Flower Park several times before making the decision for our Mum to reside there full-time, and each time staff was friendly, caring, and accommodating. Mum was made to feel at home and supported with the difficult transition of moving. Staff have made all our family welcome and offered Mum
fantastic care giving her back her independence and a good quality of life. Mum has now made fantastic progress and friends which makes her happy, as a family we have had several events that we have attended, and feel Mum has been the best she has been in over 5 years.

My 85-year-old aunt was transferred here when the home that she was in was closed. She was heartbroken as she had been settled in the previous home and made many friends. We need not have worried as the carers and staff worked really hard to make her feel at home. The staff are caring, patient, kind
and reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They create a family atmosphere treating residents with dignity.

The care received is excellent, and staff go above and beyond for their residents to see everyone smiling and happy is amazing. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Great activities on offer. Cannot fault anything about the care home. My grandma wasn't there for very long but she was very
happy there. Keep up the good work Flower Park.

Very caring staff, I feel confident my mum is being cared for.
Mum is sometimes a bit bored, but there are often activities for her to participate in.
I do have some minor quibbles such as her wheelchair and its cushion keeps disappearing and is being used for other clients. Perhaps they could
raise some money to buy some wheelchairs for general use?

Since my mother was placed in Flower Park she has become more at ease with herself, she is making friends with the staff who are very helpful with her everyday needs and also with other residents. My mother suffers from dementia and the staff are very well trained to deal with her condition and
always interact with the residents. I can not praise them enough for all the hard work they do to help everyone not just the residents but also the families.

Absolutely fantastic place from the first day mum arrived she was looked after and they made her and the transition from leaving her own home very smooth. The staff deserve medals for what they do they treat all residents with dignity and respect their wishes, sometimes mum can be difficult but they
understand mum's needs and work with her well. Myself and my sisters would be lost without Flower Park it's a difficult time but the care they give mum is 100% they all treat her like their own family and we have a great relationship with all members of staff and can ask anything about mum with ease.

Very clean and tidy, all the staff are very welcoming and pleasant. Treat all residents with dignity and respect. My only comment on rooms is I wish all had an ensuite but understand the limitations and cost.

Excellent care from day one of arriving here. My brother-in-law enjoyed his food and put weight on. Staff very caring they earn every penny they get, should be more. I really appreciate the care they give him. Is being looked after very well and they make him as comfortable as possible.

The staff are very good. Agency staff should not be used, the ones that have been there are lazy. A lot of the agency staff are not English so residents find it hard to understand them. They can come across as abrupt or rude. Shouldn't use agency cooks also. Day staff work very hard. I don't know
about the night staff. The management in the office are always helpful.
