My siblings and I couldn't make it in to see Mum on Christmas Day but all the staff made sure she had a fabulous day. A beautiful Christmas dinner, helped her unwrap her presents and some wonderful entertainment. I even had some photos sent to me.
This kind of care happens every day, every week
and every month. Mum has dementia but in her own way we know she is very happy at Parkview and we are happy she is there too.
I love their social media pages as Mum is often doing their activities and all our family can see her doing them.
Please keep up the good work xxx

A friend went to parkview after a fall for respite, it was a really scary time but after visiting and seeing how kind and caring the staff all were I felt much better.
He know lives at Parkview and absolutely loves it, there is so much for the residents to do and the staff are all so engaging.
There social media is updated daily so family and friends can see what's going on, they have thought of everything.
This home is lovely, great kind caring staff and an amazing hands on manager.

All the staff are excellent and very friendly.
The programme of activities/entertainment is also excellent.
The home is very well maintained and kept very clean.
I would recommend Parkview to everyone.

Very impressed with Park View. On my recent visit, the management team were immediately available to answer my questions regarding my brother's care, and they can be relied upon to be absolutely honest in their responses. My brother is well groomed, well dressed, clean and comfortable, and treated
with the utmost respect by all. He was referred to by name at every turn, and any assistance he required was provided immediately. He most certainly is in the very best place to receive the care he needs, which is delivered to him by a first-class team.

As always, very impressed with Park View at Witham. The staff are unendingly attentive, helpful, friendly and supportive, and the facilities are superb, especially the emphasis on resident activities and a brilliant social media which is updated virtually every day, very important as we live a great
distance away.

The care my father has received at Park View has been excellent. All the staff are attentive and caring. The activities for the residents are very well organised and trips out are safe and well managed. Nursing care has also been excellent, before arriving at Park View my father had leg ulcers that
would break out regularly. Since care he has received, this has been kept under control and has resulted in no hospital admissions. As I live a distance away in Surrey, the staff are very good in keeping me up to date between my 2 weekly visits.

My family and I are writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my mum Andriani received during her time with you. It was a difficult decision to place mum in a care home, but your dedicated team truly made a difference in her quality of life.
She was
loved by many but we especially want to thank, Theresa, Rae, Evelyn, Gill, Kenneth and Jackie for their consistent kindness and compassionate attention, both day and night. I observed how she was treated with love and respect it was wonderful to see the comfort and friendship it gave mum.
I am so thankful for the positive impact you had on mums well-being and on our family. It made a difficult period in our lives much easier.

The service provided for my wife, I have found to be given with care and understanding, and required by each individual's needs. When I seek an update on her care, it is dealt with in such a way, that I have always been assured and content with the information given.

The staff offer excellent excursions, this week it was golf. To see my father doing something that he loved was very satisfying. They keep him moving and motivated whenever they can.

My wife has been in Park View for over nine years and I have nothing but praise for her care and her carers. I am so grateful also for their consideration of my welfare too. It takes special people with lots of patience to become a carer. And I have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands.

My grandmother was at Park View for about 18 months until she passed away. I live abroad so I appreciated the lively Park View social media account where I sometimes saw her petting a pygmy goat, celebrating VE Day, or receiving an Easter egg delivery. During my shorter visits but especially during
my week-long vigil before she passed, I saw first-hand how much Park View staff do for their residents and their families. I cannot speak highly enough of the Park View staff -- including the fantastic manager, the directors of social activities and healthcare, the carers, the handyman, the night workers and everyone else -- who cared not just for my grandmother but also for me and my family. They were kind, compassionate, and thoughtful, and they were proactive about communicating with us, both in person and on the phone. I felt reassured at every step that my grandmother was in good hands. Thank you, Park View!

I am very happy with the way he is being looked after. He seems to be very happy living there. All the carers are very nice and very helpful. I am glad that he has found a nice home to be in.

Even as a visitor here to enjoy the company of my mother, management and her friends in care at Easter, I couldn't help wiggling my bottom and joining in the dancing in the adjacent park on a lovely, sunny Good Friday! Well done.

I can highly recommend Park View. My father was there for about a year, and his care and support was excellent. Every staff member I met was kind, welcoming and very friendly and the care they provided to my father was exactly what I'd hoped for. He was well looked after in his final months, and
they attended to his every need throughout his living there. At his passing, staff were very considerate and understanding, and allowed the following process with dignity and respect for my father and family.
My father enjoyed his time at the home, and I enjoyed being able to visit him there.

Staff are always polite, caring and happy , can't do enough for the residents. Lots of different group sessions and wellness sessions . My mum is happy and well cared for.
She has a lovely room. The new management team has really improved the home and made the families involved.

My mum went into Park View in February and I've been very pleased with the whole set up. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the home is very clean and the food excellent. Mum has been taken out a few times in the minibus and always enjoys that.
