My mother was admitted under very sad circumstances. The staff are outstanding empathetic and caring individuals who all work as a team to provide care that is exceptional. The extraordinary staff support not only residents but also families through a very emotional time. The staff go above and
beyond to provide a welcoming caring environment for the residents. Staff are always on hand when needed. All staff are friendly and approachable you are kept up to date with information. The cook personally comes around and asks residents what they want for lunch tea etc giving lots of choice to residents. I would highly recommend the facility. I am and always be very grateful to the amazing staff.
