My sister was diagnosed with delirium and was referred to Byker Lodge for the short term. I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and the help they gave to my sister and the support they gave to me also. My sister remembers this place as a friendly day centre with nice staff and
actually misses going there. Thanks, everyone.

In my mams hour of need, Byker Lodge was fantastic. Good communications, mam settled in and is now coming home after a 5 week stay, all the staff were great. Family were all welcome and the food was of a great standard.
