View Full Details of Trent BridgeThe care home is excellent in every way, which is why I chose it for my wife, a dementia sufferer. We both stayed here for respite care in January 2025, which is why, from that excellent care experience, I sent her here to assist her recovery after a hospital stay of several months, knowing that the staff would help her with her recovery. They were professional, caring and kind, and the entertainment, food, and facilities were five-star. Also, their input greatly helped with her recovery. We are likely to have another respite care stay here later in the year.
Having come from New Zealand it has been reassuring to see the high quality of care mum has been receiving and the gentleness and kindness of the staff when dealing with mum. It would be great to think that all people needing this depth of care, would actually receive it.
My partner has been in this home since January 2025. He is very happy, and I stay for a few nights quite frequently. The staff are all well chosen, helpful & friendly. This home is the nicest, cleanest & friendliest I have had the pleasure of visiting on a regular basis. The decor is so claiming & expertly chosen.
Trant Bridge Care Home is a centre of excellence. The senior management team are clearly committed to the highest standards of care and professionalism. This is reflected in the way the overall team operate. Residents are not passive recipients of care. Staff are proactive, energetic and creative and encourage residents to engage in relevant, meaningful experiences and activities, often in the local communities. When I have raised any concerns, I have felt heard and ensured decisions have been taken in partnership with staff. Relationships between staff and residents are not rooted in power differentials, instead, they are mediated through professionalism and genuine care. Principles of divinity and equality are reflected in the composition of the staff team and the celebrations of a range of political events and religious festivals. It is a place of optimism and hope.
I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible care and compassion my grandmother has received at Trent Bridge care home. From the moment we first visited, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness by every member of staff. The environment is not only clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, but it also feels like a home. The team goes above and beyond. They treat my grandmother with the dignity and respect she deserves, and we've noticed how much happier and more vibrant she's become since moving in. Activities are varied and thoughtfully planned, meals are brilliant and communication with the family is excellent. We always feel included and informed. It's clear that this is more than just a job for the staff - they truly care about the wellbeing of the residents. 10/10 from me.
Fab! Great food, great facilities, lovely decor. Very clean. Amazing and caring staff. Thank you for being so amazing and taking care of our amazing aunt.
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Trent Bridger Care Home. Having to put a loved one in a care home is a very hard decision to make but we as a family could not have found a better place. Apart from the building itself with the lovely rooms and fabulous roof terrace the staff are excellent. So much care and detail in everything they do is plain to see and there is always plenty of things for the residents to take part in, should they wish. I feel more at ease leaving my partner there.
A lovely, welcoming, warm place, I am so pleased my auntie is in such a wonderful place!
I have found my experience very good when visiting my mum, she's settled in very well and gets on really well with all of the staff, they really make her feel cared for and the banter they have with her is really nice to see and hear. The staff are lovely and are very friendly and welcoming. The home is clean and well-maintained and Mum's room is lovely and comfortable.
Trent Bridge Care Home is a fantastic place. It has provided a safe, caring, stimulating and comfortable environment for my sister. The staff are welcoming and caring, and have got to know our sister's needs well. Families are welcomed and opinions and feedback are encouraged and listened to. We are delighted with the care our relative is receiving and always look forward to visiting.
We had a lovely experience on Easter Sunday. The food was delicious and the staff here are wonderful! The care provided is second to none and the staff do a fantastic job of looking after the residents.
Previously, my mum was in a terrible care home where she just stared at the four walls all day and was generally ignored. It was unhygienic and the food was truly awful. We couldn't bear to leave her there any longer as it was making us ill with worry. Trent Bridge is a paradise in comparison. My mum was having her hair done within 30 minutes of arriving! Lots of activities, beautiful rooms, good food and friendly staff who listen! Community orientated and a big relief!
We had a beautiful day visiting my aunt at Trent Bridge. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming as soon as we entered. It is very clear my aunt is looked after brilliantly and is well cared for. We stayed for lunch and the food was 10/10 and the facilities were clean and great. There was a huge range of activities for the residents including a cinema, and arts and crafts, which we were welcome to join in with. Thanks to all the staff here for their wonderful care!
When my mother needed to go into a care home for respite whilst we were on holiday, we decided on Trent Bridge Care Home. It was the best decision we made as when we returned home we learnt she had fantastic, professional and loving care. The managers and care team are always helpful and caring and they had no hesitation in dealing with her dietary needs for which we are very grateful. She is now there on a permanent basis and we have no hesitation in recommending Trent Bridge Care Home for the wonderful care they give to every resident.
My Mum has been a resident at Trent Bridge care Home now for 3 months. She settled very rapidly and repeatedly tells me that she is very happy there. The staff are all lovely and Mum has really improved in all areas of her everyday functioning as a result of all the social interaction, humour & care that the staff give her. I am very pleased and reassured that Mum is so happy.
My father arrived in February and what a welcome! The staff were incredible, and making my dad feel so welcome - well actually all of us! The care and facilities at Trent Bridge care home are second to none. Thank you for making the transition for dad, so comforting.
My mother has been a resident since September 2025, where I have seen her go from being quite ill and depressed to finally enjoying her life again. I am very upset to read a couple of the reviews as I cannot relate to the negativity that has been written, and would assume that the family member has been moved to another home judging by what has been said. I always find all the staff to be friendly, accommodating and ready to listen, and very caring and professional towards all the residents, visitors and to each other. The atmosphere is great and, after having taken my mother out of her previous care home into Trent Bridge, I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. I confidently recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a safe, caring and respectful home for their loved ones.
This is a lovely place, the size of the bedrooms is huge. It's not like any other home I've been in and I've been in a few. I've been coming here since it opened. Everyone is so friendly. The patients are kept lovely, their nails are done, they have different clothes on every time. My friend has never looked so well and that's because of the caring people looking after them. I tell everyone about this home.
This Is The Best Decision We Could Have Made. Placing a loved one into a care home is never an easy decision, but choosing this home for my grandmother was by far the best decision we could have made. From the moment we walked in, there was an undeniable sense of warmth, care, and community. The staff are absolutely incredible - not only are they professional and attentive, but they genuinely care about the residents. You can see it in their actions, their smiles, and the way they interact with everyone. My grandmother feels safe, happy, and loved, which is everything we could have hoped for. There's a true family feel here, and it's clear that this is more than just a place to live - it's a home. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind this has brought to our whole family. To anyone who is struggling with this decision for their loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend this care home. It's an amazing place, and we couldn't be happier.
