My mum and dad have now been in Acacia Mews for over 4 years and 1 year respectively. Throughout this time, they have received great care from all members of staff. The staff have kept us informed as and when mum and dad's care needed adjusting. Standards of cleanliness is always very high.

Was very impressed with professional care for mum. From looking after her 24 hours. Staff very friendly especially Ana who took a lead in making sure everything went as well as possible for our mum

Our experience of Acacia Mews has been excellent. My mother settled in very quickly and comfortably. She is very much enjoying being a resident.
The staff are highly professional and caring. I have had no hesitation in trusting them to support my mother.
The home is very well run and managed,
and the facilities are clean and function well. Activities are a good balance between being varied and providing a reassuring routine. Food and refreshments are of high quality.

Our mum has been here since May 2024, on the dementia floor. She has always been treated with care and compassion by the staff. We are always kept informed about any medical issues that come up on our visits or by phone.

Such a warm, friendly home - Dad has been welcomed and very well cared for. We all feel reassured that he is somewhere safe.

Dad has been very well looked after and cared for since arriving 2 weeks ago.
Staff are knowledgeable and proactive, and Dad has appreciated being able to participate in activities such as quizzes, exercise and animal visits.

Since arriving at Acacia Mews, my mothers whole demeanor has changed. She says there is a weight lifted off her shoulders. To her, this is timely "home". She is animated, and smiling and laughing like the old days. She so appreciates her room, the food, and all the carers.

Right from the first hour mum came here she was happy with Acacia Mews. The staff are friendly, very caring and helpful. She loves it here already and has told us it is "home", thats after just one week.

I am really grateful to the staff of Acacia Mews Care Home for the way they have looked after my mother during her first experience of respite care. They have been extremely caring to ensure she settled well and felt comfortable in her brand new environment. The staff have been supportive to me by
listening to any concerns I had as a caring daughter, by quickly responding with appropriate action and reassurance. I am very happy that my mother has been able to socialise and enjoy activities with the residents and staff.

We received a warm, friendly welcome. The home is very clean with lots of facilities. We had a Sunday meal and it was very nice.
