Very unprofessional and dishonest staff. Booked my son in to spend 2 nights but the staff bombarded me with phone calls to come and get my son when he had a meltdown the following day. They lied about my son being aggressive and uncontrollable. This was a lie as my son has never shown this behaviour
before. They also lied to my son making another resident very uncomfortable and threatened to call the police on my son who is nonverbal and never had a history of being aggressive.
