Little Gaynes is the best care home in Havering , my dad ( who has dementia ) has had many times with respite in the care home , the staff are so caring , supportive and compassionate , they give dignity and respect , the care home is like a big house which suits my father as he is very much a
quite reserved person , as it is a small home the residents get the time from the staff , nothing is too much of a trouble with the staff , and i get good communication from the staff throughout his stay , my father tried another home in which he did not get half of the care he does in Little Gaynes . I have been so happy and relaxed knowing my father is being truly looked after , he is now in the home for a long stay due to a decline in his health .. Thank you, to all at Little Gaynes ..
