The care home arranged a birthday gathering for our uncle's Birthday and it was amazing, it was like going to a relatives home for a gathering. The manager and staff and their family was so cute and adorable. And our uncle looked so well and happy. They continue to ensure other residents was happy
and catered for. We are so happy and feel reassured our uncle is taken well care off. We know he is otherwise he would be miserable all the time.

My brother is staying at Sidney Lodge for many years now, and it’s like living at home! The staff are just like family and he is well looked after. Everything meets his culture and welfare needs, and when we visit him, it feels like we are going to our brother’s house. Members of staff make us feel
very welcome, and when we leave, we know that he is well after by a family. Thank you to the management and staff for everything that you do for our brother!

This was our family's first experience of respite care for my brother and we were extremely pleased. On arriving it was comforting that it was like a family home. The staff were patient, caring and attentive and the manager only too happy to help accommodate my brother's needs. Communication was
excellent throughout his stay. I can highly recommend it.
