On first impressions it looks great on the outside. Garden is lovely but rarely used for the residents. Entrance is by a side door and on entering there is a strong smell of urine. The dining room where you meet your relative is gloomy although there is a brighter room next to this one, which
appears to be for activities The corridors going up to the bedrooms are narrow and gloomy and not clearly labelled, so one can easily get lost! Overall the staff all seem to be kind and friendly and are doing a great job with very demanding residents.
