From my experience here it is well run and managed.The activities here are varied and keep me engaged and connected. I find it generally very friendly here and the staff are attentive and constantly nice to me and caring. The food is nice and is varied! Overall my experience here so far is really
good and most importantly I feel safe and secure.

My mum is very happy at Wavertree. She has settled very well, and her home is her room. Olly was great at putting up pictures. All the staff have been and still are fantastic! They are so caring, kind, and do everything they can to make the residents feel comfortable, happy and safe. The welcome at
reception is warm, and I've always found them helpful, considerate and informative. A great place for my mum.Thank you!

My wife is being cared for at Wavertree and have found the home very clean and always tidy. The staff are attentive and friendly. I am happy that she is being so well looked after.

My mother spent two weeks in Wavertree House while her toilet was replaced at home. I was very happy with her stay. Overall it was a positive experience; nothing was too much trouble for the very pleasant staff; her room was spotlessly clean, warm and had a lovely view over the garden. She
particularly enjoyed having an assisted bath, complete with coloured highlights! Her only complaint was in relation to meals arriving at unpredictable times and sometimes cold, but the regular tea and coffee trolley with biscuits and sometimes homemade cake was a delight. Having a kitchenette also helped her to feel independent, and being able to get her hair cut was a bonus.

Mum has been here since February 2025 and has received excellent care; particularly as her needs have increased significantly since she arrived. Staff are kind and caring, and try very hard to keep residents comfortable and content.

We love that there are flats here and not just rooms. My lady wanted a separate bedroom and sitting room as well as a small kitchen and bathroom. The care here we have found so much better than the previous two care homes she tried. The residents here are treated so kindly and with a lot of respect.
She has never said anything that has worried us since moving here. Everyone has treated us kindly as well and we couldn't be happier.

I helped my friend move to Wavertree House. The staff were friendly and help and made us feel very welcome. My friend really loves being in the home and all the activities. I would recommend the home to anyone.

My friend was a resident from February 2023 to April 2024. When she first became a resident her mobility was not so good, she walked with a Zimmer and required someone to be with her when mobilising. The lovely long corridors for practising walking and assistance from staff resulted in her being
able to mobilise without assistance when she left.
Wavertree is bright and welcoming. There are lots of activities to get involved in if you wish. The catering is excellent. Residents are treated with respect by all staff. An example was when the maintenance person helped my friend to watch a video in the television room. He made sure she was comfortable whilst setting it all up, he did not say it was not his job. The reception staff in particular are very helpful to anyone who resides or visits.
The manager and deputy made it easier for me to manage my friend's affairs, in particular as I lived some distance away. We will miss Wavertree but it was time for us to move on.

I've only been here six months but it's a very nice place to be living in, the carers can't do enough for you, the food is excellent and you always have a choice of two! You can basically do what you like and at any time, i.e. if a smoker you can go downstairs and into the garden any time, night or
day.
