From the beginning, the management and staff were very welcoming to our daughter. Well supported in personal and social needs. We always feel she is safe and well cared for. The room is comfy and well furnished since Covid-19 lockdown the staff have been working exceptionally hard to provide more
entertainment and extra cleaning. Many staff are also isolating when in own homes. The building is old with steep stairs but has 2 lounges and a good dining area. Only improvements would be less steep stairs and a larger garden with green space in it. Excellent level of staffing and always caring.

Always made to feel welcome when visiting. Son is very happy here. Sometimes I think he could do more with his time but this could be because of resources, lack of staff or my son saying he doesn't want to do anything! We know he is safe and being looked after which is the most important thing.
