My father has moved into Arden lodge this week which has been a huge change for him and an emotionally difficult time for us. I have found the manager, to be helpful, taking lots of calls prior to my father moving, and she took the time to explain everything. However since he has arrived and during
the moving in process the assistant manager, has been so supportive, reassuring, and genuinely caring, she has made it a smooth process and already has a great relationship with him. All of the remaining team who help with the cleaning, catering and general well being have also been so caring, it has made me feel that my father now has a true home again where he will be truly cared for.

The staff at Arden Lodge across all levels are excellent and very caring. The compassion they show is excellent and the home is well kept and very clean. The decor and building is very light and inviting and it is always being improved and decorated and the atmosphere is excellent. I could not wish
for better staff to look after my mother. Keep up the excellent work and may Arden Lodge continue to flourish in the way it has been.
