A warm, caring environment. Pleasant staff at all levels. Managers have time to talk when required. Pleased overall.

The staff had gone to a lot of trouble to decorate the home for Christmas and there was a lovely, warm, festive atmosphere. Apart from other activities, there was a Christmas party and carol singers came to the home. Also, each resident was given a gift.

The home is lovely. All staff very professional and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble for them. The last time we both visited my mother in law was Wednesday 14th January where she was happy and content. Her words were ' this is a good place Ann, you can't get lonely here and you have your food
cooked for you'.

Happy staff and so accommodating.
Made Christmas special and the look of the decorations gave a magical feel to the place.
Had lunch with my dad and it was better than most restaurants.

The whole experience walking through the rooms, is wonderfully themed, giving residents something to focus on. Rooms are clean, staff are always ready to support residents and visitors. Plenty of activities to interest residents. Food is very good.

My Dad has been in Attleborough Grange for just under a year now. He settled well, enjoys the food and joins in with the activities available. (Special shout out to Ruth for all she does). Dad's room is always clean and tidy and the whole home has a very homely feel. Staff are always there to help
with any queries and Dad is always treated with respect. Special mention to Michelle who always has time for a chat with me No matter how busy she is.

The carers are very good, will give all their support in every way, the home could not have been better. The staff treat people with dignity and you can see they care and are very dedicated. I thank everyone at the home.

Very pleased with the support and care given to residents and relatives. Very clean and tidy food 3 meals a day lots of activities.

My mother in law moved here in August 2025. Extremely happy with staff, all very friendly and caring. Alisha, Lucy, Trina, Tessa and Elaine are all excellent credit to the home.

My mum moved into AttleBorough Grange Care Home in August 2025. I was very apprehensive how my mum would like it.
I can honestly say my mum has never looked so well. The staff are excellent and treat residents with dignity and respect. Communication through the app has been excellent.
I am truly
grateful for the support the home has given our family. I would like to say what wonderful care Teresa has given my mum and also with every single member of staff these are a credit to the home.

My mum calls the home a hotel and does appear to be content with her current stay. She enjoys the company and will get involved with the activities. She is looking forward to any day trips out.

My Dad spent a week in Attleborough Grange at the end of July whilst we were away on holiday. He had the best experience with the loveliest of people. He was so well looked after that he really didn't want to leave!

Since my dad as moved into Attleborough Grange he has been well looked after staff are lovely can't do enough for him or us he gets on with carers and residents and made friends which is nice to see and it good to know he safe at all times if he goes for a wonder he cannot get outside by himself so
that puts out minds at rest and we give the cleaner a thumbs up she amazing the home is always clean and nice to go and visit and dad likes the food and snacks and they made my dad feel really welcome and he has now settled in well

I would like to say to every member of the staff at Attleborough Grange who have taken care of our mother, over the last 10 years. My brother and I wish to express our gratitude for the way our mother was looked after. We recognise that caring for people with Altzheimer's and Dementia is not easy
in any way, and it gave us a lot of peace of mind to know she was in good hands and treated with love and respect.
I would also like to say the staff have been incredibly supportive of the whole family over the years.
