My friend, who I was next of kin for, it was her funeral today. No one from Collyhurst attended the funeral. The lady was there for nearly two years. I had no sympathy card. On the day of death when I entered the building, I was asked before the lady died who was the funeral director. The lady did
not die for at least another twelve hours. I now regret that I placed this lady here as this lady deserved better. The management here needs to look at procedures as the paramedics think that they know their patients and they do not.

My uncle has recently moved to Collyhurst and he, along with us, couldn't be happier. The management and staff are lovely. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Can't wait for this lockdown to end so we can plan visits.
