As an outside support worker, I have found that Mill Green is always on top of things, there's always friendly smiling faces welcoming you in and the residents seem happy and well cared for. You can really tell that the team put their all into their jobs.

Mill Green is an excellent residential home, very well run with excellent staff.

Visit weekly. Always made welcome. Very good visits. Resident enjoying the build up to Christmas. Got involved with events, which was excellent as pre-resident did nothing but stayed in bed 24/7, with home care. Room is lovely. Staff attentive. Food seems well-received. Hopefully will be able to go
on a few trips when the weather improves, as very much enjoys going out.

Having moved to Mill Green recently, we've found the whole experience as professional and welcoming as possible. Mill Green is a happy, lovely place, lots going on and perfect for my brother.

The staffs dedication to caring and supporting each resident is to be recommended. Nothing is too much trouble. I have witnessed carers to deal and adapt to different clients needs. With my sister they have been extremely patients and understanding of her needs which are complexed.

My sister resides at Mill Green Residential Home. She has lived there for 10 years. She requires 2 carers for her care needs. The staff are very caring and always seem very pleased to see me on my visits.
It feels like a home from home to me and I'm sure my sister feels the same. They meet all of
my sister's needs, some of which are very challenging for them but they do so in a very professional way. They are a lovely team. They always keep me in the loop if needed. Well done staff.

My brother has been a resident at Mill Green since 2002. The staff are amazing, caring and full of enthusiasm. They always put the needs of the residents first. They bend over backwards to make sure everything is right for the resident's needs. They keep in constant contact with the residents next
of kin and always run things past you to see what your opinion is before they implement anything new. I would not hesitate to recommend this care facility to anyone. The management are always there to listen to any concerns and put you at ease. Of all the care homes my brother has been in, this is by far the best.

My Dad has been a resident at Mill Green for a few years now and the staff are so tuned in to his needs. As I live a few hours away the staff regularly contact me with any updates on my dad, they are so friendly and supportive with both him and myself. I honestly can't thank them enough for all that
they do - nothing is too much.
