The care in River Meadows has been outstanding. My mum has been treated with kindness and has been supported very well during her settling in period. We are very impressed with the cleanliness, food and overall experience.
Every team member shows kindness and consideration about her wellbeing and
safety. She has not shown any concerns about her move to River Meadows and we are extremely pleased with the overall experience. Well done to the team and manager.

My mum loves living at River Meadows. I feel happy that she is in a safe environment, well looked after by all members of the staff from cleaners to the dedicated carers. Would highly recommend.

Mum is always happy clean content Has been in River Meadow for over four years Health issues picked up quickly before they escalate The management has remained the same which I feel is unusual but am totally grateful for they lead the home and make it a very happy place All the staff are lovely It's
genuinely a very nice place to spend your latter years!

We as a family are so very very pleased as to how well and how quickly mom has settled into River Meadows. The staff appear attentive to all the patients and their needs. It almost appears the patients are their own family and look after them as such.

My review of the home is good. The main facilities which I receive, e.g. food and laundry, are very good. As a care home, the general atmosphere is calm and friendly.

My dad has been at River Meadows for over a year. We have been really happy with the high standard of care and the kindness of staff. This has made the separation from Dad easier for the family knowing that he is in very safe hands. It is great that there is complete flexibility on when we can visit
and when we do we are warmly welcomed and can easily approach staff with any questions.

The staff at River Meadows are excellent and very kind and understanding to all the residents. When I leave after visiting my mum, I know she’s in great hands. All staff members go above and beyond in what can be a very challenging job, Mum is always smiling. Can’t ever thank the staff enough for
what they do.

It's really difficult to put into words how wonderful the team at River Meadows are. I just want to say a huge thank you to you all for giving wonderful care to my Mum and for also introducing lots of humour, kindness, patience and encouragement to her. Even though she is of a grand age you have
given her so much love and encouragement and, after many weeks of therapy, she is now 'on her feet' and is also extremely happy in her new surroundings. Thank you!

My 90-year old Mum has been at River Meadows for a few weeks. The level of care she has been receiving is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are all so lovely with Mum and she says herself how wonderful everyone is. Mum struggled to eat at home and wasn’t drinking enough, now
she doesn’t stop eating. Her liquid intake is so much better and she’s walking more. She’s joining in with activities too, something she wouldn’t do at home. The care home is spotless. Mum has a lovely patio room and has her own pictures to make her room more homely. Knowing Mum is being looked after day and night is such a relief. I cannot praise the home enough.

I have found the home to be very good, considering the pandemic. Although I have seen him getting worse and his mental health has been affected due to the lack of visits. I find the management to be excellent and all the staff. Overall, I am very satisfied.

All staff are very helpful despite being under pressure. Mum's needs seem to be fulfilled. Any concerns have been related to me by one particular lady. The major drawback is Mum's room, which has a high window where she cannot see out of. It is wholly unsuitable despite making enquiries about other
rooms. I would wish to see her moved to another room.

My nan has received exceptional care from the moment she arrived. The communication between ourselves and the staff have been brilliant, and nothing has been too much for them. Each week we have noticed an improvement in my nan's health, and we can't thank the team for their hard work.

In difficult times, it is always a good experience visiting River Meadows. My dad is well cared for even though I have not yet seen the home - only his room. I welcome the opportunity to do there and then I will see the complete range of services. So far though, all staff are friendly, knowledgeable
and supportive.

My mother and I spent a lot of time at River Meadow visiting her friend in the last week of her life. I cannot express how attentive and kind the staff were. They kept checking on us and kept us fed and watered!
I have never been into this environment before and was so impressed by the care and
consideration given to their customers and visitors. They kept me updated by telephone as we were the closest to the lady and also on services available so we were able to sit with her receiving her last rights which was very moving. RIP to a lovely lady and thank you so so much to the manager and all the staff at River Meadow.
I must not hesitate to recommend this home.

I am very happy with all the care and attention my husband is receiving. The staff are always cheerful and caring with a lovely sense of humour. Today I went with my husband on a minibus ride around the countryside which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The patience and understanding of the driver and
staff were outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff can be approached at any time. I am very pleased with everything.

The staff and manager of the home are really excellent in carrying out all aspects of their duties.
They are always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
