My wife and I visit the above care home frequently 3-4 times weekly and we find the manager, deputy manager and all the care staff to be very efficient, caring and dedicated to the residents. The staff also offer support to the visitors and show great kindness to everyone, making visits enjoyable in
a warm environment. We always look forward to our visits to Ivy House.

In my opinion, Ivy House is the epitome of a care home, more fittingly, a home of care, with care and homely being paramount. The dedication, compassion and attention shown by the management and staff towards the residents, in sometimes the most difficult of circumstances, is truly heart warming,
above and beyond any normal call of duty. Should I ever have the need, that is where I would want to be.
