Sanskruti is very friendly and always has a smile on her face, when you walk through the door. Her kindness and caring nature shine through in everything she does, especially when she interacts with the residents. It's clear she genuinely cares about them and the families, taking the time to help
whenever it's needed.

It's my early experience however I would say that care home is excellent and beautiful. Myself and my mum are happy with the decision. Everyone in staff, managers, admin, activity are very good and helping.

A care home really good for Hindu community with dietary issue, language & activities. The staff are very caring, hospitable & helpful. Nothing is too much for them, they will go a mile to make things work.

My grandmother has been at Gokul-Vrandavan for several months now, and the experience has been outstanding. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive and always go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable. The environment is warm, clean, welcoming and odour-free and lots of activities, including
Asian festivals, which my grandmother loves. Knowing that my grandmother is in such capable and caring hands brings our family great peace of mind.

My father has been at Gokul-Vrandavan Care Home since November 2024. It was a very difficult decision for both my sister & I to place Dad at a care home. We as well as I my father are all very happy with the care that he has received since being at Gokul. The management staff and all the staff from
the carers to the cleaners, chefs are all very welcoming and they have taken excellent care of my father's needs, care & dietary requirements It's an excellent care home.

Staff are always friendly and polite. The food here is top notch and my mother loves it. Good thing is my mother gets showered everyday in the morning and she has the traditional break fast in the morning. She also loves to sit near the temple (mandir) which is located within the home and can do her
morning prayers. Overall this is an amazing place to stay for the Gujarati elderly.

My mother has been here for 4.5 years and seems to be quite settled. She has no mobility at all and is totally dependent on her carers to do everything for her and I feel her needs are met adequately. The staff are always pleasant and I have been able to discuss any concerns regarding mum's care
with the manager to reach a satisfactory solution.

I just wanted to say thank you, to all the staff that look after my mum. She loves the chats and laughs she has with the friendly and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they treat my mother like their own. The new changes brought in by the new owners, the ladies, the activities
coordinator, are a welcome treat for her and all the residents. She always looks forward to showing me the things she has made. Once again, a big thank you to all the lovely staff for giving my mum a home from home, we as a family really appreciate all the things you do.

An amazing and absolutely beautiful care home. Credit to the new owners and management they are really putting a positive spin on caring for the Indian community despite the stigma attached to placing the elderly in a care home. The staff are always taking care of my grandma with everything she

One of the staff who works for the care home is the most attentive, caring, passionate and effective towards her service users, the service received at all times has been 10/10 and deals with issues and inquiries immediately without any hesitation. I wouldn't fear one bit leaving loved ones with
her. Only if all health care workers were as excellent as her people wouldn't have any fear and doubts about care homes, she should clearly be rewarded and put forward for the carers award that happens.

I can't stop singing praises about Gokul-Vrandavan to all those around me. Ever since my sister has been at Gokul-Vrandavan, she hasn't missed home at all! This speaks volumes. She has really fitted in well and is enjoying the daily activities and she has always said such positive things about the
food at the care home. She is given indian tea whenever she requests and the staff take so much care of her. The home understands the values of the Gujarati community so well, and it is an absolute privilege to have such a care home in the heart of Leicester. I will probably end up staying at the home myself soon! Thank you to the whole team for such great care.

The care home staff are amazing. Always so welcoming and they are always taking care of my dad with the most amount of energy and care. Bless them. The new lounge and dining rooms look amazing and the management team are actively looking for ways to improve the place with a can-do attitude. Love to

Words fall short when I try and explain how much of an amazing care home Gokul Vrandavan is. The staff are amazing and the culture is exactly like home! It is really great to see the new owners spending and investing in all the right places. They really have my grandma and other residents at the
centre of everything they do.

My now 93-year-old grandma/nani has been at the Gokul Vrandavan Care Home for over 6 months and I can truly say that it’s become her home. She is very happy, content and safe there surrounded by the other residents and friendly staff. Nani enjoys the food, the day trips, the celebrations of all
festivals and the family visits. We enjoy seeing the light-hearted, fun banter she has with the Gujarati-speaking staff who all treat her like their own grandmothers. We could not be more happy with the home for providing Nani with everything she needs whilst she is living through the challenges that come with ageing.
