My mama, a resident at Vishram Ghar died on the 4th November 2020. I only got to know yesterday through a third party and I immediately called but only to be told that manger is busy and will call back. After over an hour I called again and the manager came on the phone and would not discuss
anything. I told her he is my mothers only brother and we need to know but the manager went on about GDPR and insist that I mail her the relation evidence of both my mum and myself. This morning 10 am I mailed the manager our passport copies. Since then I have called home 4 times only to be told that manger is busy. Time now 3.08pm. This home is very unprofessionally managed and should be reported to relevant bodies. Serious action should be taken by Leicester Council. CQC should be involved. Anyone who has read this please help.
